Adoration knows not how and when it is seeded.
Once it sprouts, it has a life of its own and knows no bounds
Living touches death, death becomes so alive.
If what lives can not accompany what is dead,
and what is dead can not reseed and do loving thee
both have not reached the fullness of one cosmic breath

Lovers of the dream, why it has to be not real?
it is not like this world is devoid of dreamers.

Writing Verse in Classic Chinese
© LairdUnlimited 2005

I was smashed by a pale spirit
out of Bath a misty winter morn
it haunts hours away
from my X-Window frames.
Alas by this end of hours
and by this end of day
oh How i cut and paste
in every way
to restore a dream I’ve dreamt
yet lost ever since I left.

O blessed is the hours so ardently spent
waiting by wings of angelic forms
whereby beauty and grace behold
a forgotten tongue
a rusty art
of making ancient music
with silent sound
echoing between thousands of years
and thousands of miles around.

[fiveshinylights: comrade, dost you speaketh the china man's tongue?]

Brother ‘cool hand luke’, yes i do.
now as i remember my mother tongue
endured warring kingdoms hundreds of centuries strong
it is not to speak
but to paint, silently
out of gentle brushes rainfalls of firm strokes
thy worst enemy and thyself’s speck of mind
for words uttered always turning into querrels by hauling wind
for words carved into oracles smoked by time and shifted by sand
can mean many things to one eye kings
thus bind thy people with one faith
no words no names
but mixing bloody drops from unquenchable dreams

Dalai Lama’s dilemma – for batter, or verse?

On not being a cat
Were I a cat, my love, I’d leave each day
a single dying mouse upon your bed;
but, human, I must find another way,
and honour you by leaving verse instead.

Marriage

In seeking a wife,
with the cook he’d converse.
her pancakes weren’t stodgy.
No quite the reverse.
Another girl wrote him
a triolet, terse.
He wanted them both,
and he muttered a curse,
and prayed to his God
with a question perverse:
“Lord, should I get married
for batter, or verse?”

In old days, till 13th Dalai Lama’s death in 1933, Tibetans sent an astonishing ~26 percent of their boys ‘for batter and verse’ under the protection of monasteries walls of an independent Lamaist State in the region of Himalaya highland. I discovered that statistics from Melvyn C. Goldstein’s book ‘A History of Modern Tibet, 1913-1951′ and couldn’t stop myself from pondering on that extraordinary figure. I may continue to read his psychoanalysis of “the Snow Lion, the Dragon and Dalai Lama”. A side effect that I couldn’t ignore from a feminist perspective, especially since Tibetans tolerated polyandry, how do you suppose life would be like, being born as a female snow lion?
I very much like to see the revival of an independent Lamaist State no later than 15th Dalai Lama’s lifetime against the background of PRC’s aggressive capitalistic communism.

How did I do that? With your power, electing 莱雅各 as the new incarnation of his Holiness.

On May 9th, 2011, Today we may receive an extra measure of cosmic assistance in getting those heartfelt words out, though, as communicator Mercury forms an exact conjunction to connection queen Venus, the grand goddess of love and beauty, in spontaneous Aries (11:45 am EDT). The feminine Moon also enters demonstrative Leo (5:36 am EDT) and forms a harmonious trine to electrifying Uranus in Aries (11:11 am EDT). Also, raising the delicious prospect for sudden romance of the three kingdoms.”
